At Space Power, we believe that our company culture is just as important as the technology we’re developing. We’ve built our culture around the concept of “ikigai,” which is a Japanese term that translates to “a reason for being.” We believe that every employee at Space Power should have a clear sense of purpose and passion for what they do.
Our mission is to empower the space industry to explore beyond the boundaries of what is currently possible, and we believe that this starts with our employees. We want to create a culture where everyone feels supported, motivated, and empowered to push the limits of what’s possible in their work.
To achieve this, we’ve developed a four-part culture plan based on the principles of ikigai:

We also encourage employees to pursue additional education and certifications to deepen their knowledge and expertise.

We focus on the impact our work has on the space industry and the broader community.
