Power systems degradation and failure is the primary cause of satellite underperformance and abandonment.

This is particularly important in GEO orbits, where assets are expensive, difficult to replace and have the potential to operate beyond their designed lifetime.

A bespoke power beaming solution can provide supplementary power to satellites that have experienced power failure or to simply extend operations with a boost, enabling satellites to run longer and maximise value.

ON-DEMAND POWER FOR ENERGY INTENSIVE PAYLOADS

High-energy payloads like SAR, data processors and thermal imaging are extremely useful, but their power demands limit missions as the Sun struggles to generate enough power on-board the satellite. 

Auxiliary power is needed to provide a truly on-demand service, enabling previously impossible payloads, pushing the limits of data quality and working longer hours.
