We’ve built our culture around the concept of “Ikigai,” which is a Japanese term that translates to “a reason for being.”
We believe that every employee at Space Power should have a clear sense of purpose and passion for what they do.
Our mission is to empower the space industry to explore beyond the boundaries of what is currently possible, and we believe that this starts with our employees.
We want to create a culture where everyone feels supported, motivated, and empowered to push the limits of what’s possible in their work.
To achieve this, we’ve developed a four-part culture plan based on the principles of Ikigai:
Purpose:

Passion:
